Fundraising

One of our main goals as a nonprofit organization is to provide supplemental assistance to Redbud Elementary to ensure that all staff and students have the best experience possible during their time at school.  In previous years, we have been able to provide ongoing support through teacher appreciation luncheons, playground enhancements, popcorn spirit days, curriculum supplements, technology subscriptions, covering field trip buses, maintaining campus grounds landscaping, and offering teacher reimbursements for classroom supplies at every grade level and within our specials and special education departments.  That being said, we could not make these things happen without the generous donations from our school community!  We thank you so much for continuing to give back to our Roadrunner family!

This year, Rocky's Fall Fundraising Auction was bigger and even more exciting thanks to our partnerships with Redbud staff members, families and friends, and local businesses.  The auction raised over $17,500!  These funds will help carry us into the second semester. Thank you to everyone who participated in some way!

The Rocky Color Run is our main fundraiser for the year and will take place during the second semester. It is a huge event that the students and staff often refer to as "The Best Day of the Year"!  With this fundraiser, classes and grade levels work together to reach fundraising goals.  As goals are met, students and teachers celebrate collectively with fun incentives such as dance parties, pajama days, crazy hair/hat days, movie days, etc.  Our main goal for this fundraiser is to reach school wide participation so that all families have the ability to contribute in some way.  The culmination of this fundraiser is a day where Redbud families, students, and staff can all come together to celebrate what we have all worked so hard to accomplish!
